What does a website chatbot do?
A visitor asks a question without leaving the page. The assistant answers using the information we’ve given it, explains your services or options, and follows the next question in the context of the conversation.
Live stock checks or order tracking need a separate connection to your sales system. A chat window doesn’t create that access by itself. Before building, we’ll agree on what information is available and when your team should take over.
What do I need from you?
We’ll gather your services or products, common customer questions, approved answers and contact routes. If they’re scattered across files and pages, we’ll organise them first. Changing the model won’t fix incomplete or outdated information.
Then we’ll set the tone, languages and answer boundaries: what to explain, when to say it doesn’t know, and when to offer a human contact. We’ll also agree on which sensitive customer information should stay out of the chat.
How do we build and hand it over?
We’ll start with a few common, real conversations. We’ll test the first version with those questions and ambiguous ones, refine the information and answers, then add it to your site. We’ll check failures, follow-up questions and the route to your team before handover.
At handover, we’ll agree on how information gets updated and who follows up on incorrect answers. The assistant makes initial support easier. Sensitive decisions, order promises and financial commitments stay within explicitly agreed and approved limits.
What affects chatbot cost?
Cost depends on your information, languages, connections, conversation volume and support needs. We’ll separate building costs from model and hosting costs, and define a clear task so you know what you’re paying for.

Questions you might have
Where can I try your chatbot?
Use the chat button on this site. Ask about the services, then ask a follow-up. The case study also shows real conversations.
Do I need to replace my store system?
We’ll first review your site and existing access. If we can connect to what you have, we’ll use it. Replacing your system isn’t always needed.
Are the answers always right?
No. Models can make mistakes. Reliable information, tests with real questions and a route to a person help reduce and handle errors.
