What can be automated?
Repeated tasks with clear rules are often a good starting point: gathering data, calculating prices or instalments, updating status, tracking deadlines and making reports. Not every step needs AI; connecting two tools or improving a form may be enough.
Adrina brings prices, instalments and customer requests together. IP Manager combines batch checks, rules, history and review dates. These are implemented capabilities; I don’t present unmeasured cost savings or sales growth as results.
Understand the workflow first
We’ll follow one example from start to finish: where information comes from, who handles it, what decisions are made and where the result goes. We’ll note common errors, frequency and points needing human approval.
Then we’ll decide what needs to connect. If your current tool offers suitable access, we’ll use it. Otherwise, we’ll explain what extra work is needed and who would maintain it before building.
From a small version to daily use
We’ll build a limited workflow first and test real examples. Duplicate inputs, missing information, outages and incorrect results need clear handling. After refinement, we’ll go through daily use, error follow-up and handover with your team.
The aim is work you can follow. Some steps become automatic; others stay with people for review or final decisions. We’ll also agree on who updates the information and maintains the system.
How do we decide whether it’s worthwhile?
We’ll multiply monthly frequency by time per task, then compare it with building, service, maintenance and error costs. Freed-up time isn’t always cash saved; it may create room to follow up with customers. We’ll use your own numbers rather than a fixed percentage or a broad promise.

Questions you might have
Which task should I start with?
Choose a repeated task with clear inputs and outputs, such as instalment calculations or request tracking. That example helps us see what to improve.
Is automation the same as an AI agent?
No. Automation can follow fixed steps and rules. An agent helps when understanding a request and choosing or following a path needs intelligent tools.
Will there be maintenance costs?
Depending on the solution, there may be hosting, API, model and support costs. We’ll identify them separately before starting.
